Ultrasound Result

Good morning mga momshie nagpa ultrasound po aq kahapon and this is the result and my ob tell me na maliit daw c baby natatakot tuloy aq mga momshie kabuwananq na nextmonth may pd pa ba aq gawin to help my baby..??? And do i need to have a second opinion from another ob??
