Fever

I had c section about 1 week ago. For 2 days I'm having on and off fever. My next gyne appointment is only next week. So I went to the nearest clinic near my house. Even the doctor don't know why I got fever. But when I checked my temperature there, it was only 37.2. He took blood and urine test and called me once the results was out. He said it might be due to urine infection. That too he said "might". He said I need to start antibiotics. But I don't trust his words and have asked for the report so that I can show my gyne next week. I don't have any symptoms for urine infection also. But today also I felt hot and after while I sweat, it's gone. Any advise?
