How to make baby gain weight

I just had my 28-week scan, and the doctor said my baby is on the smaller side. Her weight is only 985g, and I’ve been advised to start monitoring her movements and go for more frequent check-ups. Even though the doctor told me not to worry too much, I can’t help but feel anxious. Do you guys have any suggestions on how I can help my baby gain more weight?

don't worry about the weight if you are gaining weight. the weight the doctors tell you is an estimate, it's not accurate. my doctor told me my baby was big so I couldn't do normal birth, when my baby came out, her weight was way less than what the doctor said. don't worry as long as you are gaining weight, baby movement is there, everything will be fine. don't stress mummy. baby don't need that.

i just did my scan yesterday too, i’m at week 28. baby is 1.05kg and gynae said it was good. i don’t think 985g makes a big difference tho

Eat durian, or more sugary stuff.
