I’m 13 weeks pregnant and currently having food poisoning. I had went to a&e at nuh. So far they did not check on baby. But gave me iv drip. Doc said it wont affect baby. But i am still worried.

Week 14 going Week 15

Hi mummies, Week 14 gojng Week 15 here. Just wondering how is everybody baby bump going-mine suddenly became noticeable the last week and wonder if it's about time. Also does urination becomes more frequent now as I am finding myself waking up every 1-2h urgently having to go to the toilet! #firsttimemom

Acid Reflux & Dexilant

Anyone have severe heartburn and cause mouth taste sour 24/7? My doc prescribed dexilant but quite hesitate to take it. But my heartburn is non stop for 2 months and omeprazole doesn’t work. Currently taking nexium for two days and symptoms only reduce 10-15. Any suggestion? #firsttimemom

It’s normal to have the taste. You can take smaller meals to avoid getting heartburn

No appetite during second pregnancy

Im on my 12 week , and been losing weight . Literally no appetite at all . Prolly just bread , chips , done . If i were to eat a meal ; it only takes one bite for me to be full . What should i do

Fat shamed during Pregnancy

Hi Mummies, Have you ever been fat shamed during pregnancy? I've always gained weight easily. And for my first child, I gained 20kg. Throughout the pregnancy, I had people commenting on how big I was and 'jokingly' saying that maybe I am having twins. Tbh, it is really hurtful. Now I am having my second baby. I am 12 weeks, but it looks like I am 5 months pregnant. I am not eating overly much either, just really bloated. I have friends and family already beginning to comment on how big I look, telling me to watch my intake. I even have a friend who is pregnant like me commenting about how no one can tell she is pregnant, unlike me, who is round. She brags about how she actually lost weight when pregnant and is very proud of how she is still able to maintain her figure.

Most important is that you keep your emotions stable. Distance away from toxic people or comments. Everyone experience pregnancy symptoms differently some gain weight some lose weight. Most importantly is baby is healthy.

I discovered that I might have an aversion for leftover overnight food 🤯 Anyone experiencing the same thing? This is hilarious because I usually love eating leftovers since it’s convenient!

Best to avoid overnight food as might get food poisoning….
