Hi! I gained a total of 17kg thru out my pregnancy (carried bb till W39+6). As a ftm myself, I was also very concerned about all the weight gain, but I have concluded that in pregnancy, even breathing air also will put on weight. So just take it easy, don’t stress and enjoy this journey. Baby’s weight, increased blood flow, water bag, placenta all plays a part as well. After I popped, I lost about 5kg straight away. Most importantly as long as bb is growing well, that’s all that matters :)

I am on week 13 and 56Kg currently. Did not gain any during first trimester as I had so many food aversions and nausea. But Dr told me from second trimester onwards we can gain 2 kgs for every month. So the weight gain is normal. Dont worry its good it means baby is growing well and u will lose it all after u give birth.

It's normal to gain weight during pregnancy, like my first I only managed to gain 5kg throughout the entire preg, whereas my second I gained 20kg, now my third week 30+2 so far I gained 5kg. Every preg is different, so long your baby is growing well everything is good :))

Hi mummy!! This is super normal! I gained 30kg in total! 😅😅😅 and lost 20kg after giving birth and going thru confinement! Post partum massage really helps to loose some weight as well! Not to worry, slowly but surely! Just flaunt it and be proud!

Don’t worry! I’m at 26w and I gained 19kg, your weight gain is quite ok I feel. As long as baby is healthy that’s what it matters! Leave the losing weight after giving birth
