Can I give egg yolk after 9pm?

I think yes I give 2 or 3 times a week to my baby but as omelet because he love the egg white more then yolk. Since winter is coming so its good. It may be depend upon the age of baby regarding quantity. I provide my baby half omelet, he is 14 months old. It would be best if you consult a doctor.
