Raw egg yolk

I am 17 weeks tomorrow, i really love fried egg with runny yolk. But i know it is advisable to avoid during pregnancy. But how about pasteurised eggs from like donki? Can i eat them once in a while?

actually i love those soft boiled eggs so i still had them while pregnant... i personally chose not to restrict myself much... 😬
