sa mga first time moms who is about to deliver my tips are: 1. exercise (walking, squatting) 2. prepare your heart, mind and your pelvic floor (kegel exercise) 3. pagnagcocontract kayo sabayan nyo po ng pagssquat it eases the pain (dapat prepared na po ang delivery bag) 4. pag-iire na po kayo make sure na kasabay ng pagcontract ang inyong pag-ire para hindi kayo mapagod kaagad and remember during your delivery dapat feel nyo na parang nagpupoops kayo, kasi yun po ang tamang pag-ire. 5. kung kaya ng walang epidural better kasi mas ramdam natin paglabas ni baby kasi minsan kapag may epidural hindi natin ramdam ang paglabas ni baby kaya naiipit minsan ang ulo and also ask God to strengthen us sa delivery. 6. kapag palabas na si baby don't interrupt it, just go with the flow para di maipit ang ulo ni baby and remember to relax. 7. don't forget that proper breathing technique will also help you (watch YouTube paano ba ang proper breathing techniques it will help). 8. if we need help, we should not hesistate to ask for help, hindi masama at nakakahiyang humingi ng tulong. 9. paglabas ni baby skin to skin po ang best to comfort our child. 10. breastfeeding will be a challenge at first but you'll get by and hindi na magiging painful later on. 11. on your recovery, you need every help you can get so kapag may nagvovolunteer na tumulong accept every help. 12. mental health is important, we need to be mentally, physically and emotionally ready having a baby para makaiwas po tayo sa post partum. 13. remember you're not alone andito kaming mga mommies kasama ng Asian Parents to support you. to everyone who is about to deliver GOD be with us all in this journey and may He see us through. #igotyoumommy
