Super Mum

Take lactulose 3x/day (10ml), drink at least 3L of fluids/day, take more fibre too. It’s very normal to not be able to poop well the first week after delivery. It will go back to normal soon:)

Drink plenty of fluids (this includes red date tea, plain water or soup) Increase your fibre intake as well from fruits or fibogel. It helps. :)

Try this. It works well for me. Can be purchased. From Watson /guardian pharmacy. Remember to drink more water too
