I just give birth 3 weeks ago and I try to latch my baby whenever there's demand unless my She is asleep . It seems i will start to have milk leak and my breast is very full and painful every 2 hrs apart. Does mummy have the same issue?How to cope if I am to return work as I believe I could not afford to pump every 2 hrs ?

I was like that in my first month too. Now in my third month I only pump 4 times a day at 8 am, 2pm, 7pm, 11.30 pm
