I drink 2-3 litres a day. I buy the 1L bottle so i know once i finish my second bottle i can slow down. After a few weeks of doing this, ur body gets used to it. When you dont get the same amount, the body starts to crave for water making it easier to finish 2-3 litres a day 🤗

I’m in 7 weeks pregnancy..same goes to me..dehydrated..i found my way by drinking rose syrup (from cordial) then..at least i drink..but no sugar..😅
i make sure i finish at least 1 litre a day(only mineral water).. i get thirsty very fast and i restrict myself on taking soft drinks or sugary drinks.
Mcm I, I take every 1 our a glass of water. Water is important. Minum banyak air baik untuk air ketuban dalam badan kita amat penting sekali.
saya sekarang week8. air putih mmg xboleh minum nanti loya. jadi minum air buah. air putih cuma sekadar cuci mulut. 😢
baru semalam kena dripped water kat hosp 1 botol. sbb kurang air 😓
saya minum 1 botol besar tue saja.. tp x skip makan buah tembikai n makanan bersup setiap hari..
teh pun tak boleh minum yea mami
