Pregnant still can provide breastfeed?

I found pregnant about 1 months recently. At the same time I have one two years old kids which still need breastfeed. It it okay to continue breastfeed? Will it affect my fetus ?

No problem in breastfeeding your child, but just take note that around your 4th or 5th of pregnancy your milk supply might / will drop and might not have milk at all due to pregnancy hormones changes. If you still have milk in late pregnancy stage (3rd trimester), please be careful in feeding your child as at that point of time it may trigger contractions or early labor contractions.
