How to Quit Smoking?

I just found out I'm preggo a week ago, I'm on my 3rd month already. I'm having a hard time to quit smoking, any advice/tips will be very much appreciated. Thanks! ?

Thank you! Nakiki 2nd hand smoke ako sa partner ko hanggang dun na lang. Hirap lang talaga ako macontrol yung urge lalo na pag nagaaway kami. Hirap kasi mood swings ng pregnancy plus withdrawal pa.
