Hungry but cant eat

I am feeling really hungry but doesnt have any appetite to eat. Just thinking about food makes me feel nausea so bad. Ive been feeling this way for 2 weeks aready. I just want to lay down as i dont feel nausea when i do.

Same here, feeling ko mag susuka ako pag kumain ako. Pero pinipilit ko pa din kumain, nagiisip na lang ako ng food na tatanggapin ng tiyan ko.
