Hungry but cant eat

I am feeling really hungry but doesnt have any appetite to eat. Just thinking about food makes me feel nausea so bad. Ive been feeling this way for 2 weeks aready. I just want to lay down as i dont feel nausea when i do.

Nitong nag 10 weeks po ako wala na akong ganang kumain kasi nag bbloated po ako 😪😪😪 Kahit nga po gutom na iniisip ko agad na sasakit sikmura ko kapag kumain 😭 First time mom po.
