Anyone suffering or had suffer from PPD? How are you coping?

my best friend is suffering from depression, it started from ppd left untreated. So now have to take high dose of medication but she is coping well. It is best to get treated early. All polyclinics have the service for ppd you can even ask for a referal nearer your place if they have like social service office.
