I feel sad for no reason during my pregnancy. What can it do?

Hi dear, it's common to have low mood or mood changes during pregnancy as there is a lot of hormonal changes. Your body is going though a lot. For me, what helped was talking to my close friends and husband. Or just crying it out. I had a couple of meltdowns during pregnancy. Perhaps you could think about what helped you through challenging times and tap on those resources (be it internal or external). May I also add that it's perfectly okay to seek professional help if things worsen. I was monitoring for signs of depression as I did have depression many years ago. Hang in there, you're definitely not alone.
