Can I feed my 6 and a half month old baby with kiwi and mango?

Tropical fruits can be highly allergenic so it's best if you give mangos at around 8-10 months. While the flesh may not really be allergenic, the mango skin is and this may give reaction to babies' skin around the mouth when consumed.

Both fruits are highly allergenic so pedias usually recommend feeding them to babies when they're around their 8th month. Serve them diced or mashed so the babies wouldn't have a hard time digesting it :)

I think it's better if you delay these fruits as they are sweet. Some kids have the tendency to prefer only sweet solids if they have been introduced to it at an early age.

For citruses and allergenic foods, we waited until baby was 9 months old. I think the first time my baby tried eating orange, her tummy didn't take it too well either.
