Dear mummy, it would be best to avoid or limit your intake in caffine. However a moderate amount of coffee(not more then 300mg) should cause no behaviour changes in baby. I would say it would be safe as long as its within the moderate guidelines. You can still enjoy your cup of coffee. http://www.babycenter.com/404_is-it-safe-to-drink-coffee-if-i-am-breastfeeding_10370364.bc Happy perk me up!

It's best to limit the amount of caffeine you consume while breastfeeding. One or two cups of coffee a day are fine, but more than one or two servings of caffeine per day may affect your baby's mood and/or sleep.

Coffee is caffeine and not good for your health and the baby’s health. Best to stop drinking coffee till you stop breast feeding

I would not have any caffeine in my system if I am breastfeeding. It is not healthy Nor good to babies

Just wait for 2hrs before you feed your baby again
