I don't know who to share this with but this came out after I had sex with my boyfriend. I was dry at that time, so it was painful. Then after that, this appeared. Help me with what can heal this.

sana po bago po umariba ang mister nyo sayo, imake sure niya muna na physically and mentally prepared kayo, what i mean by that, unahin muna niya kayo, make you wet and ready first para di po dry at masakit sa part nyo. pwede naman po kayo gumamit ng lube, wala naman masama at nakakahiya dun. so smooth po siya at maiiwasan po yung irritation
