Changing to milk bottle

As I am DL my baby for 3months now, I need to return to work but my baby seems to fuss & cry when offered bottle. He used to be alright with drinking from milk bottle like once or twice a day when I’m resting. But now whenever a bottled is offered he cried out loud until he gets to suckle. My biggest worry is my baby would keep crying without me being ard for him to suckle when I return to workforce. Any advises? Anyway, he doesn’t do pacifier as well.

Have you tried leaving the room when baby is bottle fed?ie get another caregiver to give baby the bottle. Babies are smart, they know when mummy is around. We kept trying for a week or 2 until she's ok with bottle, and then started giving her a bottle or 2 a day before i return to work. My baby doesnt take pacifier too

Have you upsized the teat? If the flow rate is too slow, baby will reject the bottle
