HR Mommies / Working Mommies I NEED YOUR ADVICE PLEASE :(
- I am currently 8 months pregnant - I Have worked in my company for the past 6 months. This is my first job. (i didnt know i was pregnant when i applied and was hired) - I have received my notification for regularization - I have also received my SSS Benefits and HMO Health card that covers Maternity package on accredited hospitals. - I am a fresh graduate and this is my first child - My original shift was Graveyard, but they moved me to day shift due to health reasons which made my learning and knowledge transfer very slow. - I am also having difficulty with commuting now that my tummy is getting big and i get exhausted very easily - My due date is on March 4, my maternity leave will start on February 27. - I have fully decided to resign because I have no siblings to take care of my baby when my ML is finished. - My relationship with the baby's father is also on the rocks. My question is: When should i file my resignation? Nag stay lang po talaga ako ngayon sa work dahil sa Health Card at SSS Benefit. Tsaka ayoko po maging pabigat sa parents ko since unexpected po talaga yung pregnancy ko and fresh grad po ako. my parents said na wag ko daw sobrang problemahin yung mga gastos. pero i want to show them na i am really sorry sa abala and i want to take full responsibility with this para di sila maglabas ng pera. lalo na they recently gave me a car as a graduation gift. Should i resign before my maternity leave or after? I also don't plan on rendering 30-45 days sa work after resigning kasi if purpose po ay knowledge transfer, di ko po matuturuan ng buong process yung papalit sakin.
