Backaches

Hi, i am currently 12 weeks pregnant. Is it normal for me to have backaches ?

Yes it is. In fact, as the pregnancy progresses, the aches can get worse because your tummy will get a lot bigger. Make sure you sit down with good back support, and you may consider getting a pregnancy pillow for sleeping
