this type of carrier usually recommended by company for 6months+

3 months old. Dont use that when baby js 3 weeks.

Nope. Definitely not suitable for newborn babies.

Hip seat carrier is not recommended at all.

Should get a carrier suitable for infants.

Newborns can’t do front facing until they have good neck control. Even after they do you will need to limit the front facing time as it over stimulates them.

Baby can also face you while using this carrier, but probably around 3 months old. Used it for my daughter for 2 years actually. No issues with hip development. You can use a sling carrier for newborns. Also not too expensive.
