I bought 30pcs of this capsule to try. What is the recommended dosage to boost my breastmilk supply? I have a 2month 2week old baby, currently she's mixed feeding because i feel like i don't have enough breastmilk..

Depende po sa milligram. Yung natalac twice a day po ako.

600mg sya, ung extra 100mg vit.c po. Natalac po sana uli bibilhin ko kaso parang mas sulit si Mega Malunggay 9.50 lang 600mg na si Natalac kasi 250mg lang. Ilang araw bago nyo po napansin na lumakas na breastmilk nyo? Thank you.
