Depends on ur body condition I will say if u ate food which contain wine n u got NO side effect then no worries if got means even a little bit of effect then u URSELF should know wat is BEST FOR UR CURRENT BODY CONDITION take care ;)

I won’t take chance. Read from online articles that it took longer time for alcohol in cooking to completely evaporate. By that time it’s evaporate the other nutrients will be gone.
Little amount is okay. I had the same concern when I consume during pregnancy too and baby is fine :)
if it has been cook it does not contain any alcohol instead it's actually act as a tonic for body
That’s ok because the alcohol content would have evaporated during the cooking process.
i think it’s ok if it’s properly cooked into the dishes, dissipating the alcohol
