May I ask what do you feed your 10 mth old for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Currently I'm feeding cereal with fruits in the morning, porridge with fish & veg in the afternoon, and cereal again for dinner. I'm worried that I'm feeding too much cereal hence would like to see what else I can give.
Fish fingers is one of my baby's favourite food: Mix some soft boneless fish with some mashed potato (check very carefully for bones), Make 'finger' shapes, then coat with some breastmilk/ formula/egg yolk; then roll in some breadcrumbs/ rusk crumbs, and pan fry in VCO or olive oil.
My bub is 9months old now. Breakfast, oats with apple sauce or grapes Lunch, carrots with Broccoli and chicken mashed Dinner, rice and soup with tofu. In between I serve tea break as well.
