Usually once:) some time towards the end of the 2nd trimester. But in Singapore, they’ll take your blood at 0 minutes, 1 hour (after the drink) and 2 hours, so that’s 3 blood draws on the same morning.
The glucose screening usually happens near the end of the second trimester, between 24 and 28 weeks of pregnancy.
