Week 15 But Still Don't Eat Alot. And Don't Eat Chicken And Meat.
I am already week 15. But I still don't have much appetite. Is it normal? I only have proper meals in the morning. And I try to eat abit for lunch and dinner.

You're not alone. Hang in there mommy. I try to incorporate condiments such as chillies, limes, shallots etc. to make food more palatable. Having a drink that I enjoy with the meal helps too. Less sugar milo has been working well for me. Or even stronger tasting soup. But watch out for cholesterol. I manage cholesterol by drinking psyllium husk everyday with lots of water. Psyllium husk binds consumed cholesterol and poops them out, it really makes your poop much smoother and easier. Must drink lots of water else would lead to constipation.
