How to know if lo okay with certain formula milk brand? NaN 1 optipro, Similac or Enfamil?

Hi all, I am actually very sad that I can’t BF my first babygirl as I don’t produce much. Lacking of sleep.. not eating right(once a day) so on.. I had to manage things on my own.. but thank god for the help of my parents when I cant manage! That made me emotionally down enough. I want to make sure my baby gets the right and enough amount of nutrition. Currently she’s on NaN 1 optipro. Thinking if I should change to better ones like similac or enfamil. Or NaN 1 is good enough? And how can I know if baby is okay with the brand? she poop once a day! Sometimes 2 days 1 time.. and her heat rush.. getting worst on her head esp.. Mummies can share your feedbacks on these 🥺  appreciate it so much!I

if shes ok with nan then probably good to just stick to it and not change. how is similac and enfamil better or not? if baby doesnt have diarrhoea or other allergy reactions then shes ok. for her heat rash u may want to consult a paediatrician

my son taking nan also, if there is no prob, dont change it.. for the heat rash, try let ur baby wear sleeveless clothes, my boy had it too.. so I will also wipe him on and off to prevent the heat rash to appear and apply lotion to it to help it subside.. jia you
