Weight gain varies for different people. If gynae didn't advise any cause of concern during your periodic checks, just ensure you can eat and rest well and enjoy the process :)
thats very normal. cum on baby growing of cozz we will feel bloated and weight increase. 32 week i was 66kg. imagine b4 pregancy i was 50kg. just enjoy it mummy. All be gd ok
Weight gain shouldnt be a concern unless the doctor told you so. And its normal to feel bloated as your Lo is pressing against your stomach. I gained 18kg in my pregnancy.
Dear Mum, Weight gain process is very subjective. Please consult your gynae on this. And if the gynae doesn't mention anything serious, then relax and enjoy :)
It’s totally normal.. u can reduce post pregnancy with some exercises n massages
I gained a total of 20kg from my first pregnancy 😭 from 49kg to 70+kg..
56kg sounds light already. I gained till around 60kg and got a shock
I gain most weight during 3rd trimester too
