How to confess to parents that ur pregnant

I am 23 years old and I am now 5 months pregnant and still hindi pa alam ng Family ko, alam na ng boyfriend's family ko and there waiting for me to tell it to my Family and still wala pa po akong idea how. Baka matutulungan nyo ako ng suggestions how to confess po sa family ko (walang parents only to my Grandparent Lola and Aunties)
