It was a same problem with. We can't digest food due to the shifting of hormones and fast blood circulation. Take 1 coconut water regularly in morning. And eat small and healthy food after 2-2 hours. If u don't feel good after these. Then go for doctor she will suggest u better then us. We all r here to share our experiences . 😇
In pregnancy indigestion is common. After having ur each meal drink warm water. Before the bed also one glass warm water. N eat small bananas 1 atleast per day
By 2nd trimester. It will calm down slowly and gradually. Take care eat curd during day... And avoid oily spicy at night.......
