which coconut water brand do u drink

Drinking coconut water to relive my acid reflux. Feeling terrible everyday. Eat already walk around my house...Already done all I can..Avoid spicy fried and even garlic n those can cause air. Am surprised so many food can cause air. So I think what can I eat?

None, only fresh coconut. But still too sweet for my borderline GD so stopped after once or twice

Refresh when can't get fresh coconut but fresh coconut is still the best.

UFC is the closest to natural and my gynae actually recommended this to me.

Oh. Sounds good. Since your gynea recommend. Won't go wrong. I will try UFC brand. Ask my hubby buy he go and buy Kara brand. Taste horrible.

I tried all but go choose close to natural than artificial

UFC is my favorite. Not too sweet nor tasted too processed
