You may want to consider to have some oats, bread or biscuits etc. Don't starve. Is nothing wrong to put on weight especially during pregnancy. I don't bother my wife's weight even though it doesn't go back to the weight before she pregnant. You may want to tell your husband be prepared if yours doesn't go back to the weight before you pregnant. 😉

Pls dont starve yourself. U can try eating fruits maybe? Weight gain differs for everybody and ur partner must learn to accept and support you!
