Drinking fresh coconut juice is meant to be very good for gout. My hub tried it and it worked for him. :)

eating foods high in uric acid or animal organs can coz this problem. try homeopathic medicine.

don't eat beans, nuts and have to excerise. and drink alot of alkaline water
