Taking Ferrous Sulfate+Folic acid

How may times do I need to take these vitamins in a day? It says 186mg/400mcg. Please help me I am 90/60 and so hard to have a plenty sleep time for almost a month

Nasa reseta ng doctor mo yan, wag basta-basta iinom ng gamot ng hindi inaadvise ng doctor. Kung wala kang reseta, humingi at magpagawa sa OB mo. Uminom ng maraming tubig, sleep whenever you can.
