Husband frequently not at home

Not sure if you have children, but if you do you should definitely sit down and have a serious talk with your husband. You need mental support from a partner and your children especially need a father figure to guide them. If he's always not around, I don't care what reason it is for, he is irresponsible. Yes work is important, money is important but being there for your family is an equally important responsibility and no excuse is good enough to be an absent husband/father.
