How old was your LO when they can fall asleep on their own? Did it happen on its own or have to sleep train? Mine is 11mo still need to rock/nurse to sleep. 🥲
around 10 months if I remembered correctly After milk at around 9plus 10pm, play awhile he will fall sleep by his own till next day 6-7am
not really training, more to routine.. when he get use to the schedule, he will auto wake up at 6-7am even on weekend😅
