My lo started when they were 5 months plus. Started with rice cereal.

u start at 4 months and use stage one baby food..not mashed potatoes....!!!

I feel mashed potatoes is to much starch to start a baby out..that's why they make baby food this is my 7th baby...use mashed potatoes later in stage..like 8 months..

mashed veggies and fruits is fine to start with

6 months old. I started with durians.
