How much milk should a 1 year old with a healthy appetite be having. We've moved off formula to regular whole milk.

About 300ml to 400ml? If baby is having a healthy diet then milk is merely a supplement. Also do not overfeed baby with milk. If baby takes to food well, thats awesome. Many of us struggle with getting our kiddos to eat a healthy and balanced diet!

A healthy one-year-old should be drinking around 350 to 450 ml of milk every day. You can divide it into three feeds of 100-150 ml each. If your baby does not like to have that much milk you can give him yoghurt or cheese or other calcium-rich foods.

Around 2 to 2½ cups (450ml to 600ml) a day should provide sufficient amount of calcium and vitamin D for a one-year old. Try not to offer more than three cups as it may affect your little one’s appetite for other food.

Cow's milk has many of the nutrients that a growing baby needs. Nutritionists recommend that one-year-olds drink around 350ml (two thirds of a pint) of milk a day.

My son drink approx 300ml a day, separate into 150ml each in the morning and when he wanted to sleep. He never asks more outside that time.
