How many weeks after csect did you go back to your normal routine of doing house chores like mopping, vacumming etc as sometimes need to squat or bend down
I avoid squatting or bending over, just for my own comfort. I only do it when my wound feels more normal to me
right after discharge with the help of a binder, carrying 2 years old son as well.
