For my lo, it takes around 3 months to be chubby as she has good appetite too.

Mine starts to become chubby from 2 mths onwards

I think depends on how much you're feeding him?

It’s depend. Mine become chubby on 2-3mo

Depend on individual. My #1 always skinny
