Hey mommy, this is absolutely the right time for you to start your precious on a nap schedule. Fair warning: it will be a little time consuming and difficult in the beginning, but once your tiny angel gets a hang of it, things will fall in routine. You can start by waking up your baby at the same time each morning, every day of the week. It will help your baby fall into a natural pattern of wake up time. Depending on the time gap, start spacing out your baby's naps through the day and make your baby nap/sleep at the same time. Try and do this at the same time EACH DAY because if you change the routine on some days, it will only end up confusing your little one. To make sure that your baby gets enough sleep at night and does not stay awake too long, avoid giving a nap in the evening and straight away provide for bedtime. You may have to do this for at least 6 to 8 weeks and your baby will be on a sleeping schedule by the end of it! Wishing you all the best.
