How do you handle so much stress and depression while pregnant? ?
Distract yo self. Go out. Talk to friends. Watch something you like. Eat healthy meals. Get a good grip on reality. Think of how essential yung well being mo para maalagaan mo yung baby sa tiyan mo. Fill your own cup. You do you. Isipin mo lagi lilipas din yung depression. Look forward to better days. 👀
Magbasa paMga mommies, depression is not just a word na pede mo lang anytime gamitin. Hindi biro ang depression especially sa ating mga preggy. You might need to consult an expert para sa appropriate intervnlention. Wag natin ipagwalang bahala ito mga mommies. Go see an expert and seek for proper advice.
I just watch and listen to Taylor Swift songs. She's very optimistic and every lyrics or speeches on her tours or live performances are inspirational. That helped me to get motivated every time I felt depressed, stressed, alone or scared during pregnancy.
BS Ang prayers sa totoo Lang sis.... Di Naman depressed Yung mga nagsabi na mag pray. I'm depressed. And I'm actually crying right now. Stressed ako,parang sasabog. Yung aso ko Lang kinakausap ko and yakap ko habang umiiyak ako 😭 gusto ko na mamatay 😔
Ako iniiyak ko lang. Then nakikipag usap ako sa taong may tiwala ako. Tropa ganern. Sakanila ako nag rarant. Tapos yung mga paborito kong gawin like magluto, magbake, magsulat, mag drawing, magbasa and etc. Para lang mawala sa isip ko lahat.
Stop saying na pray siya. Malay niyo Hindi siya Catholic. And you don't say that sa depressed na person, na mag pray lang. No. Huhuhu sa totoo di Yun nakakatulong if you're really depressed. More on companionship Ang need niya.
pareho po tayo.. im pregnant din po. minsan tumutulo nalang ang luha ko nakakalungkot lang tlga d ko maipaliwanag.lalo n wala ang tatay ng anak ko.. hanggang financial support lang sya.. i hope malagpasan natin to lahat..

Iniiyak ko na lang.. Mejo nakakaluwag sa dibdib ang pag iyak .then think positive.. Always look at d brighter side.. Ung iyak para kasi gripo yan bgla na Lang aagos lalo at self pity ang kalaban
Wala po, inaantay lang lumipas. Inahale exhale, endure. Pahangin o labas konti ng bahay. Kain ng fave foods, minsan cheat day pero in moderation yung dami lalo pag chocolates and ice cream.
