Ako what I did was I changed my habits. I started going to the gym. Consistently going to gym tlga. Nag hire pa ako ng personal trainer ko. Then started sleeping 8 hrs a day. Nag lie low ako sa work. Yung tipong honda ako umuwi. Hindi ako pa stress sa work. Nagdasal din po. ❤️

True this. Sa lifestyle mo rin yan mi pero try to consult just like the other mommies. Wag masyado e rush. Dapat chill lang and God will give it to you po.
