Extreme lower back pain

How do you ease the back pain? Sometimes I can’t walk and have to lie down. Affects my work greatly.

Sorry to hear this but not much you can do since painkillers and patches are not so good for pregnancy... You can try putting a warm compress there. For me the small osim massager also helped a bit
