How do working mums, who are busy with their kids, husband, in laws, and who have an active social life too juggle everything and make time for themselves? What do you ladies do to ensure you have ME time, without feeling guilty?

Start small. Find an activity you like (spa, exercise, chilling by a cafe) and schedule a time for a date with yourself and don't stand yourself up. If work is not hectic, take a half day off for yourself because you deserved it. Everyone needs to relax. If you enjoy exercising, go for a late night jog (in well lit areas) or do some simple exercises after your children have gone to bed. All these helps release stress from having to juggle so many roles and responsibilities. Enjoy!
