Have someone you can turn to for emotional support. Could be your spouse, your family or a friend. Rant when you need to. Come up with a reasonable plan for your child. Be realistic when you are doing up the plan. Factor in family time. PSLE is just one aspect of your lives and don't let it dominate your calendar. Let your child understand that the most important thing is that he/she has tried her best and that you will be there to support him/her. Lastly, keep a lookout for signs indicating that you may be experiencing burnout.
