How do mums and dads stay calm during this crazy period?

The last thing you should do is lose your cool and affect your child's emotions during this period. Like a kid having their exams, do relieve stress as and when you deem fit. Grab a coffee at a cafe if you need to, or go for a walk in the park. It's never easy for parents as well. You could also try a game of badminton with your kid and sweat it out! You are an important pillar of support you shall not collapse. :)
